Evil Eye

Amazing how much more time I had to post when I had a day job!  I just got back yesterday from a wonderful vacation.  Scott and I just celebrated our 11th anniversary with a trip to Oakland, San Francisco, and the up the coast to Mendocino.  I can see why people put up with the risk of earthquakes to live out there.  I’ve never thought I would want to live in a small town, but I can see myself in a place like Mendocino.  No, don’t worry, I’m not moving anywhere.  Chicago has always been home, but it sure will feel flat for a few days.  Soon I will upload the gazillion pictures we took.  Yikes!  I don’t know if I will ever see anything as impressive as a Redwood.  Holy moley are those trees huge!  I didn’t know what huge was until i saw a giant Redwood.

But, now I must settle back into the day to day at home.  There is a lot of work to do here, and planning for YarnCon.  If you are thinking of applying, there is still time!
